摘 要:本试验研究了贵州磷石膏中磷形态及浓度,探讨了磷释放的动力学特性,并分析磷释放过程中环境因子的影响及动态淋滤过程中磷浓度的变化。结果表明,总磷浓度为3.58 mg/g,磷石膏中磷的释放潜力在0.10~2.21 mg/g范围。前8 h为磷石膏中磷的主要释放阶段,最大释放速率(V_(max))为3.66 mg/(g·h)。强酸或强碱及盐度和温度升高均能促进磷石膏中磷的释放。在动态淋滤试验中,磷的浸出量随着淋滤时间的延长逐渐减少,初期下降速度较快且浓度较高,中后期的释放速度减缓且浓度较低。This study investigates the phosphorus forms and concentrations in Guizhou phosphogypsum,explores the kinetic characteristics of phosphorus release,and analyzes the impact of environmental factors on phosphorus release and the changes in phosphorus concentration during the dynamic leaching process.The results show that the total phosphorus concentration is 3.58 mg/g.The phosphorus release potential in the phosphogypsum ranges from 0.10 to 2.21 mg/g.The primary release phase of phosphorus from the phosphogypsum occurs within the first 8 h,the maximum release rate(V_(max))is 3.66 mg/(g·h).The release of phosphorus can be promoted by strong acidity or alkalinity,and salinity and temperature increase.In the dynamic leaching experiment,the phosphorus leaching amount gradually decreases with leaching time increasing,decline rate is faster and the concentration was higher in the early stage,while the release rate was slower and the concentration was lower in the middle and later stages.
