摘  要:基于蒙脱石优良的阳离子交换性及分散悬浮性,以新疆夏子街膨润土为原料,添加活性氧化镁制备了系列改性膨润土钻井泥浆,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、Zeta电位等分析测试手段研究了工艺条件对钻井泥浆理化性能的影响及作用机制。结果表明,加入活性氧化镁后,蒙脱石颗粒在悬浮液中形成了更聚集的絮凝态,从而显著提升了泥浆黏度。当MgO用量为8%,pH值为9时,改性泥浆在600 r/min的转速下黏度可达44 mPa·s;进一步增加泥浆的pH,其黏度最高可达61 mPa·s,满足钻井泥浆材料规范中的黏度要求。本研究为中低品位膨润土在钻井泥浆中的应用提供了试验基础与理论依据。Based on the excellent cation exchange and dispersion,suspension of montmorillonite,a series of modified bentonite drilling mud was prepared with Xiazi street bentonite in Xinjiang as raw material and added with active magnesium oxide.The influence of technological conditions on the physical and chemical properties of drilling mud and its mechanism were studied by XRD,FT-IR,SEM and Zeta potential.The results show that after adding active magnesium oxide,montmorillonite particles form a more aggregated flocculation state in suspension,which significantly improves the viscosity of mud.When the dosage of MgO is 8%and pH value is 9,the viscosity of modified mud can reach 44 mPa·s;at the rotating speed of 600 r/min.Further increasing the pH of mud,its viscosity can reach 61 mPa·s,which meets the viscosity requirements in drilling mud material specification.This research provides experimental and theoretical basis for the application of medium and low grade bentonite in drilling mud.
