摘 要:某稀土-萤石中矿中萤石CaF_(2)品位为71.43%,其中脉石矿物为方解石、石英及微细粒重晶石和稀土等。以该稀土-萤石中矿为对象,采用“预先脱泥-1粗3精浮选萤石-1粗3精1扫摇床集中处理浮选中矿和尾矿”的选别工艺,最终获得的萤石精矿产率为56.90%,CaF_(2)品位为98.02%,CaF_(2)回收率为78.08%;获得的萤石次精矿产率为8.65%,CaF_(2)品位为82.11%,CaF_(2)回收率为9.94%。萤石综合回收率为88.02%。该稀土-萤石中矿的附加值大幅提高,为同类型萤石资源的高效回收提供了参考依据,也为同类型稀土-萤石中矿中稀土和重晶石资源的回收利用提供了新思路。The content of fluorite CaF_(2) in a rare earth-fluorite ore is 71.43%,and the gangue minerals are calcite,quartz,fine-grained barite and rare earth.In this study,the rare earth-fluorite intermediate ore was taken as the object,and the separation process of"cyclone pre-desliming-one roughing,three cleanings,fluorite flotation-one roughing,three cleanings and one scavenging,shaking table being used to concentrate the flotation intermediate ore and tailings".Finally,a fluorite concentrate with yield of 56.90%,CaF_(2) grade of 98.02%and CaF_(2) recovery of 78.08%was obtained.The fluorite secondary concentrate with yield of 8.65%,CaF_(2) grade of 82.11%and recovery of 9.94%was obtained,and the comprehensive recovery of fluorite was 88.02%.The added value of the rare earth-fluorite ore greatly improved,it provided a reference for the efficient recovery of the same type of fluorite resources,and also provided a new idea for the recovery and utilization of rare earth and barite resources in the same type of rare earthfluorite middlings.
