摘 要:本试验主要探讨水性涂料中锂基膨润土增稠剂的制备方法。通过原料选择、处理工艺优化及性能测试,研究了各因素对增稠剂性能的影响。结果表明,以四平市产天然钠基膨润土为原料,经过提纯、锂化改性、高压均质剥片、冷冻干燥处理后,制备出的锂基膨润土增稠剂产品性能优异,当该产品添加量为0.8%时,纯丙乳液体系黏度从30.3 mPa·s提高至507 mPa·s。试验结果为水性涂料行业提供了一种高效、环保的增稠剂制备方案。This paper mainly discusses the preparation method of lithium bentonite thickener in waterborne coatings.The effects of various factors on the properties of thickener were studied through the selection of raw materials,the optimization of treatment process and the performance test.The results show that the lithium bentonite thickener product has excellent performance after a series of treatments such as purification,lithiation modification,high-pressure homogeneous stripping,and freeze-drying using natural sodium bentonite produced in Siping City.When the product addition is 0.8%,the viscosity of the pure acrylic emulsion system increases from 30.3 mPa·s to 507 mPa·s.This study provides an efficient and environmentally friendly thickener preparation scheme for the waterborne coating industry.
