摘 要:随着大量易选硫化锑型矿山与单一型萤石矿山被开发利用,萤石资源多面临着贫细杂的难题,本试验以云南某含锑萤石矿为研究对象,结合工艺矿物学研究,通过磨矿、浮选、重选等方法,对锑与萤石的回收技术进行探究,提出先通过浮选回收辉锑矿和萤石,然后通过重选回收氧化锑的技术路径。结果表明,最佳流程为“辉锑矿1次粗选、2次扫选、3次精选;萤石1次粗选、1次扫选、7次精选,中矿集中再磨后单独再选”,可获得CaF_(2)品位为97.19%,回收率为55.25%的萤石精矿1与CaF_(2)品位为92.63%,回收率为18.06%的萤石精矿2,萤石总回收率为73.31%。在浮选-重选联合工艺下,得到锑综合回收率为61.18%的开路指标。综合指标较优,实现了对锑矿与萤石的综合回收利用。With the development and utilization of a large number of antimony sulphide-type mines and single fluorite mines,the fluorite resources are often faced with the problem of poor fineness and complexity,the recovery technology of antimony and fluorite is studied by grinding,flotation and gravity separation,and the technical route of recovering antimony oxide by flotation and gravity separation is put forward.The results show that under the optimal process of"one roughing,two scavengings,and three cleanings of antimony ore;one roughing,one scavenging,and seven cleanings,middlings regrinding and reseparation after being concentrated",fluorite concentrate 1 with CaF_(2) grade of 97.19%and CaF_(2) recovery of 55.25%,and fluorite concentrate 2 with CaF_(2) grade of 92.63%and CaF_(2) recovery of 18.06%can be obtained,fluorite total recovery is 73.31%.Under the combined process of flotation and gravity separation,the open circuit index of Sb comprehensive recovery is 61.18%.The comprehensive index is better,realizing the comprehensive recovery and utilization of antimony ore and fluorite.
