摘 要:江西某萤石矿CaF_(2)质量分数为44.70%,脉石矿物主要为石英,其次为方解石、长石、云母,属于低品位石英型萤石矿。为有效回收利用该矿石中的萤石资源,进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,磨矿细度为-200目(-0.074 mm)占65%,选用碳酸钠为浮选矿浆pH调整剂,水玻璃为抑制剂,油酸为捕收剂,经过“1次粗选、6次精选、中矿顺序返回”的闭路流程,可得到CaF_(2)品位为98.02%、SiO_(2)品位为0.76%的萤石精矿,CaF_(2)回收率为90.98%,产品达到了YB/T 5217—2019《萤石》中FC-97.5品级要求,可作为高端氟化工行业的原料。针对低品位石英型萤石矿,采用水玻璃和油酸组成的药剂体系可实现萤石和石英的高效分离。In Jiangxi Province,a fluorite mine has a CaF_(2) content of 44.70%,with quartz as the main gangue mineral,followed by calcite,feldspar and mica.It belongs a low-grade quartz-type fluorite mine.In order to effectively recover and utilize the fluorite resources in the ore,flotation test studies were conducted.The results showed that when the ground fineness of-200 mesh(-0.074 mm)accounted for 65%,and sodium carbonate was used as the pH regulator for the flotation slurry,with water glass as the inhibitor,and oleic acid as the collector,under the flotation process of one roughing,six cleanings,and sequential return of the middle products,a high-quality fluorite concentrate with CaF_(2) content of 98.02%and SiO_(2) content of 0.76%,CaF_(2) recovery of 90.98%can be obtained,and the comcentrate product met the YB/T 5217—2019"Fluorite"standard for the FC-97.5 grade,making it suitable as a raw material for high-end fluorochemical industries.For low-grade quartz-type fluorite mines,the flotation process using a water glass and oleic acid based reagent system can achieve efficient separation of fluorite and quartz.
