摘  要:为解决尾矿固废大量堆积问题,以商洛大西沟铁尾矿为主要原料,粉煤灰、石膏为辅助原料,水泥为胶凝剂,采用压制成型法制备免烧砖。研究了水泥用量、粉煤灰用量、拌和水用量和成型压力对样品性能的影响。结果表明,铁尾矿、水泥、粉煤灰、石膏的质量比为57∶14∶23∶6,拌和水用量为10%,成型压力为20 MPa时,经自然养护28 d后,免烧砖样品抗压强度为33.4 MPa,满足JC/T 422—2007中MU25等级要求。In order to solve the accumulation problem of large amount of tailings solid waste,the iron tailings of Daxigou in Shangluo were used as the main raw materials,fly ash and gypsum as auxiliary raw materials,and cement as gelling agent,and the unfired bricks were prepared by pressing forming method.The effects of the amount of cement,fly ash,mixing water and molding pressure on the properties of the samples were studied.The results showed that when the mass ratio of iron tailings,cement,fly ash and gypsum was 57∶14∶23∶6,the amount of mixing water was 10%,and the forming pressure was 20 MPa,the compressive strength of the sample reaches 33.4 MPa after natural curing for 28 d,which met the MU25 grade requirement of JC/T 422—2007.
