摘 要:本试验以建筑垃圾、水泥、含水率54%的污泥及减水剂作为主要原材料制备免烧砖。通过探究养护时间、污泥掺量、污泥与减水剂闷料时间对免烧砖性能的作用,探讨了影响污泥免烧砖强度的微观机理。结果表明,当污泥免烧砖的配合比设定为25%水泥、40%污泥、35%建筑垃圾,且污泥与减水剂闷料1 h,在标准养护箱里养护28 d后抗压强度提升到13.4 MPa,吸水率降低为18%,软化系数提高为0.90,20次冻融循环后的强度损失率和质量损失率分别降低到1%和0.8%。X射线衍射(XRD)微观试验表明,水化产物钙矾石的衍射峰较高,其含量最大,衍射峰值最大可达7016.7 s^(-1),促进了污泥免烧砖的水泥水化反应。扫描电镜(SEM)微观试验结果显示,此时试样的致密度达到最佳状态,表观密度也最大。In this study,construction waste,cement,sludge with a moisture content of 54%and water-reducing agents were used as the main raw materials to prepare unfired bricks.The effects of curing time,sludge content,and the time of mixing sludge and water-reducing agents on the properties of unfired bricks were thoroughly investigated,and the microscopic mechanism affecting the strength of sludge unfired bricks was discussed.The results show that when the mix proportion of sludge unfired bricks is set as 25%cement,40%sludge,and 35%construction waste,and the sludge and water-reducing agents are mixed for 1 h,after 28 d of curing in the standard curing chamber,the compressive strength has been enhanced to 13.4 MPa,while the water absorption rate has dropped to 18%.The softening coefficient has risen to 0.90.Moreover,after 20 freeze-thaw cycles,the strength loss rate and the mass loss rate have been decreased to 1%and 0.8%respectively.XRD microscopic tests indicate that the diffraction peak of ettringite,a hydration product,is relatively high,its content is the largest,and the maximum diffraction peak value can reach 7016.7 s^(-1),which promotes the cement hydration reaction of sludge unfired bricks.The results of SEM microscopic tests show that the density of the samples reaches the optimal state under these conditions,and the apparent density is also the largest.
