摘  要:针对甜水堡煤矿1304“三软”回风巷道梯形断面围岩变形大的问题,采用直墙圆弧拱形代替梯形断面。运用现场实测资料、理论分析并结合数值模拟,通过复变函数求出岩体内部正应力的分布特征,梯形断面的应力集中系数为1.9要高于直墙圆弧拱形断面的1.7,提出采用“锚网喷+锚索+钢筋梯”的围岩控制技术。工业性试验结果表明,优化后的直墙圆弧拱形巷道使顶板移近量最大值控制到62 mm,两帮移近量小于40 mm,顶板浅部最大离层7 mm,巷道围岩得到有效控制。In response to the problem of large deformation of the surrounding rock in the trapezoidal section of the 1304"three soft"return roadway in Tianshuibao Coal Mine,the straight wall curved arch was adopted instead of the trapezoidal section.By using on-site measured data,theoretical analysis,and numerical simulation,the distribution characteristics of normal stress inside the rock mass were obtained through complex functions.The stress concentration coefficient of the trapezoidal section was 1.9,which was higher than that of the straight wall arc-shaped section,which was 1.7.It was proposed to adopt the surrounding rock control technology of"anchor mesh spraying+anchor cable+steel ladder".The industrial test results show that the optimized straight wall curved arch roadway can control the maximum displacement of the roof to 62 mm,the displacement of the two sides is less than 40 mm,the maximum separation of the shallow roof is 7 mm,and the surrounding rock of the roadway is effectively controlled.
