摘 要:先贴法和后贴法作为国内钢覆面施工的两种常用施工方法各有利弊,在容积较大、交叉作业对工期影响较大的情况下,更适合采用后贴法施工工艺。结合近期完成的一个大型密封设备室钢覆面项目,先根据项目特点进行覆面施工工艺选择,然后介绍了三种钢覆面结构,并选择适合本项目的结构形式,再对施工方案、施工质量控制等内容进行介绍,最后使用压力变化法对设备室进行了气密性试验,结果达到了设计要求的3级密封,试生产期间使用情况良好,可以为今后类似的项目提供参考。As two commonly used construction methods for steel liner construction in China,the priority and post pasting methods have their own advantages and disadvantages.In situations where the volume is large and cross operations have a significant impact on the construction period,the latter method is more suitable for use.Based on a recently completed large-scale sealing equipment room steel liner project,the steel liner construction process was selected based on the project characteristics.Three types of steel liner structures were listed and the suitable structural form for this project was selected.Then the construction plan,construction quality control,and other contents were introduced.Finally,the pressure change method was used to conduct air tightness tests on the equipment room,and the results achieved the design requirements of Level 3.The equipment room was well used during the trial production period,which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
