基于国家数字复合出版系统工程的数字化转型实践探索——以华中科技大学出版社为例

摘　　要：通过回顾华中科技大学出版社参加国家数字复合出版系统工程试点、示范、示范中心项目近10年历程,全面梳理华科社依托复合出版工程成果,构建技术系统、推进技术应用、探索转型升级之路。华科社在实践探索中明确了管理信息化-出版数字化-融合出版-数字产品化转型路径,结合自身实际,依托复合出版工程构建出版数字化技术支撑体系、完善数字化转型机制建设,推动全员参与,实现数字化转型可持续发展。包括:遵循出版规律,做好顶层设计;依托复合工程,构建技术支撑;强化政策扶持、做好机制保障;加强服务支持,推动技术应用;加强业内交流、实现协同发展。By reviewing the history of Huazhong University of Science and Technology Press(HUSTP)in the National Digital Composite Publishing System Engineering, demonstration and demonstration center project, the paper comprehensively constructs the technology system, promotes the technology application and explores the way of transformation and upgrading. HUSTP in the practice of exploring the management informatization-digital publishing-fusion-digital product transformation path, combinative oneself is actual, relying on the composite publishing digital technology support system, improve the digital transformation mechanism construction, promote full participation, realize the sustainable development of digital transformation. Including: following the publishing law and making top-level design;relying on composite engineering and building technical support;strengthening policy support and mechanism guarantee;strengthening service support and promoting technology application;strengthening industry communication and realizing coordinated development.
