从重要到紧急且重要:文化和科技融合的新阶段

摘　　要：文章从《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》内容本身、文化和科技融合的政策演进、政策落实执行推进程度、行业发展态势与趋势以及技术对文化领域渗透度5个方面,分析当前形势下文化和科技融合面临的挑战和机遇以及下一阶段为何要在重要性的基础上凸显发展的急迫性。文章还针对文化和科技融合发展的特点并结合《决定》内容提出对应的建议措施,包括培育形成规模宏大的优秀文化科技人才队伍、建设文化领域高标准市场体系与全国一体化技术和数据市场、因地制宜发展文化新质生产力、促进民营文化企业发展迸发创意者经济等。"Decision" explored the transition of the integration of cultural and technological development from "important" to " urgent and significant " along with corresponding recommended measures. From five perspectives——the content of the Decision itself, the evolution of policies promoting the integration of culture and technology, the progress in policy implementation, industry development trends, and the degree of technological penetration into the cultural sector——the paper analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced under the current circumstances, as well as the reasons why it is necessary to highlight the urgency of development on the basis of importance in the next stage.Additionally, this paper proposes corresponding recommendations.
