摘　　要：出版业新质生产力是人类出版活动发展到新阶段的产物,它在保留着传统出版许多积极合理因素的同时,更多的是体现出质性变化和整体跃迁的别样质态,有着“新”且独特的时代蕴涵。科学技术的创新突破是出版业发展新质生产力的持久动力,生产要素的新变整合是出版业发展新质生产力的必要条件,产业模态的转换融合是出版业发展新质生产力的目标方向。出版业新质生产力是人类出版活动演进的必然结果,也是我国出版业高质量发展的现实需求,更是衡量和评判中国式出版现代化的核心指征。当前可以通过加强技术研发和设备制造,强化科技支撑,推进科技体制改革,优化创新环境以及革新出版学科教育,培育智力资源等路径方式,多措并举地助推出版业新质生产力的生成。Publishing new quality productivity is the product of human publishing activities to a new stage.While retaining many positive and reasonable factors of traditional publishing,it reflects the qualitative change and overall transition,and has "new" and unique era implications.The new quality productivity of publishing is the inevitable result of the evolution of human publishing activities,but also the realistic demand of the high-quality development of China's publishing industry,but also the core indication of measuring and judging the modernization of Chinese publishing.At present,we can take multiple measures to promote the generation of new quality productivity of publishing by strengthening technology research and development and equipment manufacturing,strengthening scientific and technological support,promoting the reform of science and technology system,optimizing the innovation environment,innovating the publishing discipline education,and cultivating intellectual resources.
