数字信用何以刺激农户信贷需求?——基于2021年CHFS-SCAU数据的经验证据

摘  要:基于信息不对称与交易成本视角,理论分析农户信贷需求不足的原因,以及数字信用刺激农户信贷需求的作用机制,并使用2021年CHFS-SCAU数据进行实证检验。研究发现:第一,数字信用能够显著提高农户的信贷需求,且经工具变量控制内生性问题后,结论依然稳健。第二,异质性分析表明,与实际信贷需求相比,数字信用对农户潜在信贷需求的促进作用更为显著;与传统信贷需求相比,数字信用对农户线上信贷需求的促进作用更为显著。第三,机制分析表明,数字信用通过缓解农户在获取信贷过程中的信息不对称、降低获取信贷的交易成本,提高其信贷需求。据此提出加强农村金融市场的数字信用体系建设、消除阻碍潜在需求转变为有效需求的现实因素,提高手机银行等信贷获取渠道普及力度的相关建议。Based on the perspective of information asymmetry and transaction costs,the study theoretically analyze the reasons for the insufficient credit demand of farm households and the mechanism of the role of digital credit in stimulating the credit demand of farm households,and empirically test it using the 2021 CHFS-SCAU data.The results show that:first,digital credit can significantly stimulate the credit demand of farm households,and the conclusion remains robust after the instrumental variables control the endogeneity problem;second,the heterogeneity analysis shows that the stimulus effect of digital credit on the potential credit demand of farm households is more significant than that of actual credit demand;and the stimulus effect of digital credit on the online credit demand of farm households is more Third,the mechanism analysis shows that digital credit stimulates the credit demand of rural households by alleviating the information asymmetry in the process of obtaining credit and reducing the transaction cost of obtaining credit.Accordingly,it is recommended to strengthen the construction of a digital credit system in the rural financial market,remove the factors of reality that prevent potential demand from being transformed into effective demand,and increase the popularization of online credit access channels such as online banking and mobile banking.
