摘 要:基于2019年中国家庭金融调查数据(CHFS),采用OLS和倾向得分匹配模型实证检验了商业健康保险对新市民家庭消费的影响。研究发现:第一,商业健康保险对新市民家庭总消费、享受型消费和发展型消费均有显著促进作用,对发展型消费的提升作用最大,在稳健性检验下此结论依然成立;第二,机制分析表明,商业健康保险通过降低预防性储蓄促进新市民家庭消费;第三,异质性分析结果显示,商业健康保险对新市民家庭消费的促进作用在低收入组、老年组和健康状况好的新市民群体中影响更大,进一步分析发现,商业健康保险对老年新市民群体的享受型消费方面的促进作用更大,对中青年新市民群体的发展型消费促进作用更强。最后,从拓宽新市民保险保障触达渠道、提供个性化保险产品、为新市民提供增值保险服务等方面提出对策建议,从商业保险的视角丰富了新市民消费影响因素的相关研究。Based on the 2019 CHFS data,this study empirically tests the impact of commercial health insurance on household consumption of new citizens using OLS and propensity score match⁃ing models.The study found that,firstly,commercial health insurance has a significant promoting ef⁃fect on the total consumption,enjoyment consumption,and development consumption of new citizen households,with the greatest effect on the development consumption,and this conclusion still holds true under robustness testing.Secondly,Mechanism analysis shows that commercial health insur⁃ance promotes new citizen household consumption by reducing precautionary savings.Thirdly,the heterogeneity analysis results show that the promotion effect of commercial health insurance on household consumption of new citizens is greater in the low-income group,elderly group,and healthy new citizen group.Further analysis reveals that commercial health insurance has a greater promotion effect on enjoyment consumption of the elderly new citizen group,and a stronger promo⁃tion effect on developmental consumption of the middle-aged and young new citizen group.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the aspects of expanding the channels for new citizen insurance coverage,providing personalized insurance products,and offering value-added in⁃surance services for new citizens.This article enriches the relevant research on the influencing fac⁃tors of new citizen consumption from the perspective of commercial insurance.
