摘　　要：在跨流域远程调水工程的运营管理中,风险控制是关键因素。通过对跨流域长距离引调水工程的现状进行分析,总结了当前阶段管理中存在的风险,并提出相应的应对措施。研究旨在全面审视国内外跨地域远程调水工程的既有实践与背景,深入探讨其在技术、环境、社会和经济效益层面可能遭遇的挑战,并据此提出针对性的应对策略,以期为类似项目的科学管理提供有价值的参考依据。Risk control is a critical element in the operation and management of long-distance inter-basin water diversion projects.This paper analyzes the current status of long-distance inter-basin water diversion projects,summarizes the risks present in the current management phase,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.The study aims to comprehensively review the existing practices and contexts of domestic and international long-distance inter-regional water diversion projects,explore the challenges they may face in terms of technology,environment,society,and economic benefits,and accordingly propose targeted strategies to provide valuable reference for the scientific management of similar projects.
