基于G1-CRITIC突变级数的公路隧道绿色施工评价

摘  要:为推动隧道建设绿色低碳发展,聚焦建设集成节约的绿色交通体系,结合绿色施工原则,从节能、减排、科学管理、施工安全以及设计优化五个维度选取20个绿色低碳关键技术指标,构建公路隧道绿色施工评价指标体系。运用G1法和CRITIC法计算指标主客观权重,引入距离函数判别法优化得到组合权重对传统突变级数法并做出改进,采用改进突变级数法建立评价模型并对重庆某特长隧道案例进行实证分析。结果表明:该隧道最终突变级数值为0.932,绿色施工水平为优Ⅴ级,评价结果与项目实际调研情况一致。该评价指标体系和模型可为后续公路隧道绿色施工方面的研究提供一条量化分析新途径。In order to promote the green and low-carbon development of tunnel construction and focus on building an integrated and economical green transportation system,this paper selected 20 key green and low-carbon technical indicators from five dimensions-energy saving,emission reduction,scientific management,construction safety and design optimization,which constituted the green construction evaluation index system for highway tunnels.G1 and CRITIC methods were used to calculate the subjective and objective weights of the indicators,and the distance function discrimination method was introduced to optimize the combined weights and improve the traditional catastrophe progression method.Based on this,an improved catastrophe progression method was used to establish an evaluation model and conduct an empirical analysis on a case study of a long tunnel in Chongqing.The results show that the final catastrophe progression value for the tunnel is 0.932,and the green construction level is rated as ExcellentⅤ.The evaluation results are consistent with the actual investigation of the project.The evaluation index system and model can provide a new way of quantitative analysis for the subsequent research on the green construction of highway tunnels.
