摘　　要：作为存储红色档案重要机构的档案馆兼具着保护者、开发者、服务者、研究者和传播者等多重角色。在实践中各级档案馆受各种因素的制约未能有效履行上述角色,在红色档案的管理上缺乏科学性,对红色档案的整合开发程度不高,在红色档案的开发和传播方面力度不强,在整体上影响了红色基因的传承效果。要解决这些难题,档案馆必须清晰地认识其在红色基因传承中的角色和定位,通过加大征集、丰富馆藏、优化管理和利用、加强保护和整合、寻求多部门协同合作、助力地方文旅发展等方式,勇于担当,为新时代红色基因的传承提供强劲动力。As an important institution for preserving red archives,archives play multiple roles such as protectors,developers,service providers,researchers,and disseminators.In practice,however,archives at different levels have been unable to effectively fulfill these roles due to various constraints,resulting in a lack of scientific management of red archives,low level of integration and development of red archives,and weak efforts in developing and disseminating red archives,all of which have a negative impact on the inheritance of red genes in general.To solve these problems,archives must clearly recognize their roles and position in the inheritance of red genes and take action by increasing collection,enriching archival holdings,optimizing management and utilization,strengthening protection and integration,seeking cooperation with multiple departments,and supporting the development of local cultural tourism.They must be bold and take the lead in providing strong impetus for the inheritance of red genes in the new era.
