摘  要:本文采用数据挖掘中的决策树算法建立了工业冷水机组的用能评价体系,使用Simulink构建了冷水机组能耗仿真计算模块,并运用这二者共同研究了工业冷水机组的能耗情况,分析了机组在发生不同程度供水温度偏移以及脏污故障时能耗的变化趋势。结果表明:以决策树算法为核心构建的工业冷水机组用能评价体系在用能诊断中有很好的实用性;使用Simulink搭建的能耗仿真模型有很好的能耗仿真计算能力;工业冷水机组的冷却水供水温度偏差-1℃时,机组能耗由于环境的不同会增加1.41%~8.71%,当偏差为-2℃时,能耗会增加8.76%~23.28%,当偏差为-3℃时,能耗会增加24.47%~39.56%;冷水机组的脏堵会使能耗增加,脏污系数在0.6~0.8时,能耗增加量为19.56%~49.75%。The energy consumption evaluation system of industrial chiller is established by using the algorithm of decision tree in data mining,and the simulation calculation module of chiller energy consumption is constructed by using Simulink,and the energy consumption of industrial chillers is jointly studied by using the two just established before,and the energy consumption trend of the unit in different degrees of water supply temperature offset and dirty failure is analyzed.The results show that,energy consumption evaluation system based on decision tree algorithm has good practicability in energy consumption diagnosis.The energy consumption simulation model built by Simulink has a good energy consumption simulation calculation function.When cooling water supply temperature deviation of industrial chiller is-1℃,the energy consumption of the unit will increase by 1.41%-8.71%due to the different environment.When the deviation is-2℃,the energy consumption will increase by 8.76%-23.28%.When the deviation is-3℃,the energy consumption will increase by 24.47%-39.56%.The fouling of chiller will increase the energy consumption.When the dirt coefficient is between 0.8 and 0.6,the increase of energy consumption is 19.56%-49.75%.
