电动车压缩机振动引起的方向盘振动研究

摘  要:本文采用了传递路径分析法,研究了电动汽车在开空调状态下,从电动压缩机到车内方向盘的振动传递情况。通过分析传递路径和实验发现影响方向盘振动的主要因素是电动压缩机本身的动平衡,动力总成模态,冷却前端模态和隔振。提出了增高压缩机壳体强度减小压缩机振动的影响,控制动力总成的模态和压缩机安装方式,提高前端和车身的隔振率的综合措施,使方向盘的振动幅值小于1mm/s。本研究为压缩机的匹配开发提供了设计依据。The vibration transfer path from the electrical compressor to the steering wheel in the cabin is analyzed while the air conditioner is running in electrical vehicle(EV).The main factors which influence the vibration of the steering wheel are the imbalance of the compressor,the modal frequency of the powertrain and the compressor installation type,the modal frequency and isolation of the front end.A comprehensive measure is proposed to increase the strength of the compressor housing to reduce the impact of compressor vibration,to control the mode of the powertrain and the installation method of the compressor,and to improve the isolation rate of the front end and the vehicle body,so that the vibration value of the steering wheel is less than 1 mm/s.A design basis for the matching development of compressors is provided in this study.
