摘  要:针对风电机组齿轮箱行星轮圆柱滚子轴承的保持架碰撞接触问题,建立了刚柔耦合的行星轮圆柱滚子轴承保持架动力学模型,分析了行星轮公转速度、轴承自转速度、径向载荷以及引导间隙对滚子与保持架兜孔横梁作用力、保持架与外圈引导面作用力的影响。结果表明:公转速度、自转速度增大导致滚子与保持架兜孔横梁作用力、保持架与外圈引导面作用力增大,公转使保持架与外圈引导面长时间接触,加速了保持架的磨损;径向载荷增大,滚子与保持架兜孔横梁作用力及外圈引导面与保持架作用力有增大趋势;引导间隙增大,外圈引导面与保持架作用力逐渐减小,滚子与保持架兜孔横梁接触力先减小后增大,存在最佳引导间隙使滚子与保持架兜孔横梁作用力最小。Aimed at collision contact of cages of planetary cylindrical roller bearings for wind turbine gearboxes,a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of cages is established.The effects of revolution speed of planetary gear,bearing rotational speed,radial load and guiding clearance on force between roller and cage pocket beam and force between cage and guiding surface of outer ring are analyzed.The results show that the increase of revolution speed and rotational speed leads to increase of force between roller and cage pocket beam and force between cage and guiding surface of outer ring,the revolution makes cage contact with guiding surface of outer ring for a long time,accelerating the wear of cage;with the increase of radial load,the force between roller and cage pocket beam and force between guiding surface of outer ring and cage tend to increase;with the increase of guiding clearance,the force between guiding surface of outer ring and cage gradually decreases,and the contact force between roller and cage pocket beam first decreases and then increases,there is an optimal guiding clearance to minimize the force between roller and cage pocket beam.
