摘 要:为了解决黄河流域生产、生活、生态用水矛盾突出问题,缓解水资源对经济社会发展和生态环境的约束,构建了城市居民用水权交易博弈模型,分类分析了缺水居民在用水权交易中的策略选择,探究了余水居民策略选择的稳定性以及策略改变的速度,最后以河南省郑州市为例,运用Matlab软件进行数值仿真。结果表明:1)余水居民A与缺水居民B_(1)、缺水居民B_(2)均可达成用水权交易。2)随着时间衰减因子的增加,余水居民A和缺水居民B_(1)的策略变化速度先减小后增大。3)缺水居民B_(2)的策略选择与余水居民A和缺水居民B_(1)有关。制定合理的用水权交易机制有助于激励居民节约用水。In order to solve the outstanding contradiction of water use for production,living and ecology in the Yellow River Basin,and to alleviate the rigid constraints of water resources on economic and social development and ecological environment,this paper built a game model of urban residents'water rights trading,classified and analyzed the strategy choices of water-scarce residents in water rights trading,explored the stability of the strategy choices of water-scarce residents as well as the speed of strategy change,and finally conducted numerical simulation by using Matlab software.The results show that a)Resident A with surplus water and Resident B_(1)and Resident B_(2)with water shortage can reach a water right transaction.b)With the increase of time decay factor,the speed of strategy change of residual water Resident A and water shortage Resident B_(1)decreases and then increases.c)The strategy choice of water shortage Resident B_(2)is related to residual water Resident A and water shortage Resident B_(1).Therefore,the development of a reasonable water right trading mechanism can help to stimulate residents to save water.
