摘  要:将红外透明膜覆盖于辐射供冷表面,是改善辐射供冷防结露和供冷能力的有效措施。但红外透明中空膜力学性能差,影响了红外透明膜辅助辐射供冷技术的应用。受天然竹子多节中空结构的启发,提出红外透明膜与空气层一体化结构的红外透明气泡膜,研究红外透明气泡膜对辐射供冷性能的提升效果。结果表明:1)在不结露前提下,红外透明气泡膜辅助辐射供冷的最大供冷能力为93.54 W/m^(2),比传统辐射供冷提升了33%;2)相对于红外透明中空膜,红外透明气泡膜的抗穿刺力提升了76%,而红外透过率仅减小了5.73%,相应供冷能力仅减小了13%。因此,相对于传统辐射供冷,红外透明气泡膜在防结露前提下显著提升了供冷能力;且相对于红外透明中空膜显著改善了强度,为辐射供冷技术性能提升提供了新方法和实验数据参考。Covering the radiant cooling surface with infrared transparent membrane is an effective measure to improve the ability of preventing condensation and cooling of radiative cooling panels.However,the poor mechanical properties of infrared transparent hollow membrane affect the application of infrared transparent membrane assisted radiation cooling technology.Inspired by the multi-section hollow structure of natural bamboo,an infrared transparent bubble wrap with an integrated structure of infrared transparent membrane and an air layer is proposed to study the improvement effect of the infrared transparent bubble wrap on radiant cooling performance.The results showed that:1)The maximum cooling capacity of the infrared transparent bubble wrap assisted radiant cooling is 93.54 W/m^(2),which is 33%higher than that of traditional radiant cooling;2)Compared with the infrared transparent hollow membrane,the puncture resistance of the infrared transparent bubble wrap is improved by 76%,while the infrared transmittance is only reduced by 5.73%,and the corresponding cooling capacity is only reduced by 13%.Therefore,compared with the traditional radiant cooling,the infrared transparent bubble wrap significantly improves the cooling capacity on the premise of preventing condensation;compared with the infrared transparent hollow membrane,its strength is obviously improved,which provides a new method and experimental data reference for improving the performance of radiant cooling technology.
