摘　　要：节能行为改变的研究领域已形成多元化的行为模型及干预方法,但关于建筑及办公场景下人员节能行为的设计参与还是较新的话题。论文基于文献综述和计量分析,对国内外相关文献进行系统检索、筛选和分析,以办公场景为例,梳理节能行为改变的理论基础、影响因素、干预策略等,分析现有员工节能行为改变的干预实践案例,总结提炼出办公场景下员工节能行为改变的行为理论、分析方法和干预策略,尝试提出在员工节能行为改变研究中设计介入的机会。研究发现:利用设计学科方法工具参与用户行为分析可产生注重用户体验和用户参与能力的干预措施,形成基于用户行为流程、符合用户行为习惯的节能行为改变干预方案,为相关实践提供理论依据。In the field of energy-saving behavior change,a variety of behavioral models and intervention methods have been developed.However,the design intervention of occupants'energy-saving behaviors in office buildings is still a relatively new topic.Based on a literature review and quantitative analysis,this paper systematically retrieved,screened and analyzed relevant literature at home and abroad,and figured out the theoretical foundations,influencing factors,and intervention strategies related to energy-saving behavior change in the office scenario.It analyzed current intervention practices aimed at altering the energy-saving behaviors of employees,summarized relevant behavioral theories,analytical methods,and intervention strategies in the office scenario.Based on the above analysis,an attempt was made to identify opportunities for design intervention in the study of energy-saving behavior change.The result showed that by applying methods and tools from the design discipline to occupant behavior analysis,it is possible to develop intervention strategies that prioritize user experience and participation,and make energy-saving behavior change intervention plans based on user behavior processes and habits,thereby providing a theoretical basis for related practices.
