摘 要:PROMETHEE是一种通过构造偏好函数并建立优先关系,进而确定方案的排序方法,在处理多属性决策问题时有其独特的优势。它具有逻辑严密、辨别力强、客观准确、实用性强、应用范围广等优点。介绍了PROMETHEE评价法的基本原理和评价步骤。运用PROMETHEE方法对住宅小区电缆附件热缩指套的性能进行了评价。采用离差最大化法确定评价指标的权重。结果显示:方法全面系统、真实有效,内涵深邃,准确可靠。PROMETHEE is a sorting method that determines solutions by constructing preference functions and establishing priority relationships,and has unique advantages in dealing with multi-attribute decision-making problems.It has the advantages of rigorous logic,strong discernment,objective accuracy,strong practicality,and wide application range.The basic principles and evaluation steps of the PROMETHEE evaluation method were introduced.The PROMETHEE method was used to evaluate the performance of heat shrink finger sleeves for cable accessories in residential communities.The maximum deviation method was applied to determine the weight of evaluation indicators.The results show that the method is comprehensive,systematic,authentic,effective,profound,accurate,and reliable.
