摘　　要：厨房是烹饪和饮食的场所,更是家庭成员交流与互动的空间。合理的照明设计能够显著提升居住者的心理健康和视觉健康水平。因此,本文将围绕健康生活理念下的厨房家电照明系统展开探讨,以期为设计师和家庭用户提供更科学合理的照明解决方案,推动健康生活理念在实际家居环境中的有效实施。Kitchen is a place for cooking and eating,but also a space for communication and interaction among family members.Reasonable lighting design can significantly improve the psychological health and visual health of the occupants.Therefore,this paper will focus on the healthy living concept of kitchen appliance lighting system to discuss,in order to provide designers and home users with more scientific and reasonable lighting solutions,to promote the effective implementation of the concept of healthy living in the actual home environment.
