摘  要:课程思政是新时代落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措,东南大学劳动与社会保障专业是江苏省重点建设的特色专业,国家一流本科专业建设点。通过和专业教师座谈,并对四届在校生和毕业生进行调查,探讨课程思政建设及实施效果。研究表明东南大学劳动与社会保障专业课程均已完成修订体现思政元素的新大纲,在校级示范课的引领下,劳动与社会保障专业课程思政在教师水平、知识传授、能力培养、价值引领等方面均取得了一定成效。今后需要在教学内容、学习情境等方面进一步优化课程思政教学设计,不断提升思政教育效果。Curriculum ideology and politics is an important measure to achieve the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents under the new situation.The Labor and Social Security Major of Southeast University is the key characteristic major in Jiangsu Province and first-class undergraduate major.This study explores the construction and implementation effects of curriculum ideology and politics through discussions with professional teachers and survey of four generations of students and graduates.Research has shown that Labor and Social Security Major have completed the revision of the outline that reflects ideological and political elements.Under the guidance of school demonstration courses,the ideological and political education in Labor and Social Security Major has achieved certain results in teacher level,knowledge transmission,ability cultivation,value guidance.In the future,it is necessary to further optimize the design of ideological and political education in teaching content,learning situations,and continuously improve the effect of curriculum ideology and politics.
