摘  要:高校工程实训是培养学生动手能力、工程意识和创新精神的重要实践环节。通过对国内相关高校工程训练教学体系的调研,充分分析东北电力大学工程训练中心现有条件和各专业的特点,对工程训练教学体系进行了深入研究,构建了分类别、多层次的工程训练实践教学体系,建立了大学生创新创业实践基地,组建了大学生科技创新团队,引导和鼓励支持大学生参加科技竞赛活动。经过几年的实践,大学生的工程实践能力和创新能力得到了极大的提高。Engineering practical training in colleges and universities is an important practical link to train students’practical ability,engineering consciousness and innovation spirit.Through the investigation of engineering training teaching system in relevant colleges and universities in China,the existing conditions of engineering training center and the characteristics of each major in Northeast Electric Power University are fully analyzed,and the engineering training teaching system is deeply studied.A categorized and multi-level engineering training practice teaching system is constructed.College students’innovation and entrepreneurship practice base has been established,college students’science and technology innovation team has been formed,and college students have been guided and encouraged to participate in science and technology competitions.After several years of practice,college students’engineering practice and innovation abilities have been greatly improved.
