摘　　要：区域全面经济伙伴关系(RCEP)协议自2022年1月1日开始实施,青岛作为中国重要的农产品出口基地,其农产品出口规模和质量一直处于国内领先地位。随着RCEP新规则的出台,青岛农产品出口贸易将面临新的挑战及影响。本文从青岛农产品出口现状、出口制约因素等方面展开研究,针对如何用好RCEP红利,结合青岛农业发展现状,提出如下策略建议:精准定位,推进产品差异化;加强农产品质量安全管理;发挥区位优势,推动农产品品牌建设;巩固日韩市场,开拓新市场;加强政策支持,对接国际标准。本研究不仅能助推青岛农产品贸易高质量发展,还有助于深入了解RCEP规则对农产品出口的影响,为青岛农产品出口企业的战略调整和市场拓展提供重要参考。The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)agreement has been implemented since January 1,2022.Qingdao,as an important agricultural export base in China,has always been in the leading position in terms of scale and quality of its agricultural exports.With the introduction of new RCEP rules,Qingdao's agricultural export trade will face new challenges and impacts.This paper studies the current situation of Qingdao's agricultural exports,export constraints and other aspects,and puts forward the following strategic recommendations on how to make good use of the RCEP dividend,combined with the current situation of Qingdao's agricultural development:precise positioning,promote product differentiation;strengthen the quality and safety management of agricultural products;give full play to the advantages of the region,promote the branding of agricultural products;consolidate the market in Japan and South Korea,and open up new markets;strengthen the support of policies,and docking the international standards.This study will not only promote the high-quality development of Qingdao's agricultural trade,but also help to understand the impact of RCEP rules on agricultural exports,and provide important references for Qingdao's agricultural exporters in their strategic adjustment and market expansion.
