非吸收自封外科缝线面部提升术在面部年轻化中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究应用非吸收自封外科缝线的面部提升术在面部年轻化中的临床效果。方法:选取2018年5月-2021年12月笔者医院收治的45例面部松弛下垂就医者,应用非吸收自封外科缝线行面部提升术,术后观察所有就医者并发症发生情况,比较手术前后就医者中下面部皱纹情况,并评价就医者满意度。结果:本组45例就医者,术后随访6~12个月,与术前比较,就医者面部老化各种表现占比均明显下降(P<0.05)。就医者满意度评价:30~39岁共8例就医者均非常满意,40岁以上就医者,29例非常满意,4例满意,4例不满意,总满意率达91.11%(41/45)。所有就医者均无严重并发症。结论:应用非吸收自封外科缝线的面部提升术操作简单、效果明显、安全性好,值得临床推荐。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of thread lifting using non-absorbable self-locking surgical sutures in facial rejuvenation.Methods A total of 45 patients with facial relaxation and ptosis admitted to the author's hospital from May 2018 to December 2021 were selected.The non-absorbable self-sealing surgical suture was used for facial lifting.The complications of all patients were observed after operation,the middle and lower facial wrinkles of patients before and after operation were compared,and the satisfaction of patients was evaluated.Results The 45 patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months after operation.Compared with before operation,the proportion of various manifestations of facial aging was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In the satisfaction evaluation of patients,8 patients aged 30-39 were very satisfied,and 29 patients aged over 40 were very satisfied,4 patients were satisfied,and 4 patients were not satisfied,with a total satisfaction rate of 91.11%(41/45).There were no serious complications in all patients.Conclusion The application of non-absorbable self-sealing surgical suture in facial lifting is simple,effective and safe,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
