点阵铒激光与黄金微针联合胶原蛋白敷料治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:探究点阵铒激光与黄金微针联合胶原蛋白敷料治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的疗效及安全性。方法:选取笔者医院于2021年1月-2023年1月收治的90例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者,通过信封抽签法分为观察组(45例,采用点阵铒激光+黄金微针+胶原蛋白敷料进行治疗)和对照组(45例,采用点阵铒激光+黄金微针进行治疗),对两组患者的痤疮瘢痕评分、血清炎性因子水平、临床疗效、不良反应和恢复情况做对比。结果:两组治疗后痤疮瘢痕权重评分(ECCA)均降低,观察组评分下降更明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均下降,且观察组指标降低幅度更明显(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率(95.56%)明显高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率(4.44%)显著低于对照组(24.44%)(P<0.05);观察组痂皮脱落时间、误工时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:点阵铒激光与黄金微针联合胶原蛋白敷料能够有效改善痤疮患者面部凹陷性瘢痕的症状,且临床应用安全性良好。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety evaluation of dot-matrix erbium laser and gold micronedles combined with collagen dressing in the treatment of post-acne atrophic facial scars.Methods Select 90 patients with atrophic facial scars admitted to the author's hospital from January 2021 to January 2023,divided into an observation group(45 cases,treated with lattice erbium laser+gold microneedle+collagen dressing)and a control group(45 cases,treated with lattice erbium laser+gold microneedle)by envelope drawing method.The acne scar score,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and recovery of the two groups were compared.Results Acne scar weight score(ECCA)was decreased in both groups after treatment,and the score of observation group was more significantly decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-17(IL-17)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in both groups were decreased,and the reduction of indexes in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group(95.56%)was significantly higher than that of control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of observation group(4.44%)was significantly lower than that of control group(24.44%)(P<0.05).The time of scab shedding and missed work in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of erbium fractional laser and gold microneedle collagen dressing can effectively improve the symptoms of post-acne atrophic scar in acne patients,and its clinical application is safe.
