摘 要:我国是蔬菜生产和消费大国,具有规模庞大的蔬菜产业。蔬菜从农田到餐桌的过程中会产生大量的蔬菜残体。这些蔬菜残体含有丰富的有机质和养分,加以合理利用不仅可以有效缓解环境污染问题,还可实现农业资源的高效循环利用。基于此,重点阐述了蔬菜残体堆肥发酵技术及其在提高土壤有机质和养分含量、改善土壤理化性质和团粒结构、调节土壤微生物和酶的数量与活性、提高番茄等蔬菜作物产量和品质、减轻蔬菜病虫害等方面的国内外研究进展。探讨了蔬菜残体堆肥发酵技术在生产实践中存在的问题,对我国蔬菜残体资源化利用的发展趋势提出一些建议和展望。China is an important producer and consumer of vegetables in the world,with a large-scale vegetable industry.During the process of vegetables being transported from farmland to the dining table,a large amount of vegetable residues is produced.These vegetable residues contain abundant organic matter and nutrients.If they can be utilized reasonably,it can not only effectively alleviate environmental pollution problems,but also achieve efficient recycling of agricultural resources.This paper focuses on the research progress at home and abroad of vegetable residue composting fermentation technology and its application in increasing soil organic matter and nutrient content,improving soil physical and chemical properties and aggregate structures,regulating the quantity and activity of soil microorganisms and enzymes,improving the yield and quality of vegetable crops such as tomatoes,and reducing vegetable diseases and pests in production practices.At the same time,this paper discusses some difficulties and problems that arise in the production practice of vegetable residue composting fermentation technology,and puts forward some suggestions and prospects for the development trend of vegetable residue resource utilization in China.
