基于网络文本分析的生态系统文化服务游客感知研究——以北海公园为例  

Research on the Perception of Cultural Ecosystem Services in Urban Parks Based on Internet Textual Analysis—A Case Study of Beihai Park

摘　　要：城市公园是城市蓝绿空间的重要组成部分,开展游客对城市公园生态系统文化服务的感知研究,有利于提升城市公园游憩质量。以北海公园为例,利用Python软件在携程抓取游客评论信息,并结合ROST-CM 6软件对文本信息进行高频词分析、社会语义分析,深入探索游客对北海公园生态系统文化服务的感知情况。结果表明:①北海公园具有观光游憩、科普教育、精神满足、美学体验、社会关系、文化遗产6种生态系统文化服务类型。②游客对不同文化类型感知程度存在显著差异。其中,文化遗产和美学体验感知最深,而社会关系感知程度最低。此外,发现公园对科普教育维度缺乏重视,疏忽了北海公园对游客的教育价值。研究充实了基于文本数据生态系统文化服务感知的实证研究,也为北海公园管理提供了有力参考。Urban park is an important part of urban blue-green space,and conducting research on tourists'perception of ecosystem cultural services in urban parks is conducive to improving the quality of urban park recreation.Taking Beihai Park as an example,Python is used to capture tourists'comment information in Ctrip.ROST-CM6 is combined to analyze high-frequency words and socio-semantic analysis of the text information and explore in depth tourists'perception of ecosystem cultural services in Beihai Park.The results show that①Beihai Park has six ecosystem cultural service types:sightseeing and recreation,science education,spiritual fulfillment,aesthetic experience,social relationship,and cultural heritage;②there are significant differences in the degree of visitors'perception of different cultural types.Among them,cultural heritage and aesthetic experience were perceived most deeply,while social relationship was perceived least.In addition,it was found that the park's lack of attention to the science education dimension neglected the educational value of Beihai Park for visitors.The study enriches the empirical research on the perception of ecosystem cultural services based on textual data,and also provides strong support for the management of Beihai Park.
