摘 要:研究采用不同浓度的植物生长调节剂NAA、IBA及吲丁·萘乙酸对鸡血藤插穗进行处理,通过评价不同处理条件下鸡血藤插穗的生根与生长特性,探究不同浓度NAA、IBA及吲丁·萘乙酸对鸡血藤扦插繁殖的影响,筛选出最适合鸡血藤扦插生根的植物生长调节剂浓度,以期为鸡血藤的高效人工繁育提供科学依据。结果表明:100 mg/L IBA处理的鸡血藤生根率最高,为95.56%,较CK显著升高13.34%(P<0.05);1 mL/L吲丁·萘乙酸处理在鸡血藤扦插苗的根系数量(18.67条/株)、根系长度(158.38 cm)、根系体积(1.52 cm^(3))上和生根效果指数(98.55)均表现最高,显著高于CK和其他处理(P<0.05);50 mg/L NAA、2 mL/L吲丁·萘乙酸、150 mg/L NAA和50 mg/L IBA分别在促进SPAD值、新梢长度、新梢直径、新梢生物量等指标表现最佳;根据主成分综合评价结果,不同处理的鸡血藤扦插苗综合得分排名最高为150 mg/L NAA,表明在150 mg/L NAA处理下,鸡血藤扦插苗的生根与生长状况最好。Spatholobus suberectus,a traditional Chinese medicinal herb,faces a severe decline in wild resources,leading to an urgent need for efficient artificial propagation.This study investigated the effects of different concentrations of plant growth regulators-NAA,IBA,and Indine Naphthalene Acetic Acid-on the rooting and growth characteristics of Spatholobus suberectus cuttings.The aim was to determine the optimal concentration of these growth regulators for the propagation of Spatholobus suberectus to provide a scientific basis for its efficient artificial cultivation.The results showed that cuttings treated with 100 mg/L IBA had the highest rooting rate of 95.56%,significantly higher than the control by 13.34%(P<0.05).The treatment with 1 mL/L Indine Naphthalene Acetic Acid resulted in the highest number of roots per plant(18.67),root length(158.38 cm),root volume(1.52 cm^(3)),and rooting effect index(98.55),all significantly better than the control and other treatments(P<0.05).The treatments with 50 mg/L NAA,2 mL/L Indine Naphthalene Acetic Acid,150 mg/L NAA,and 50 mg/L IBA showed the best results in SPAD value,new shoot length,new shoot diameter,and new shoot biomass.Based on the principal component comprehensive evaluation,the overall best performance was achieved with 150 mg/L NAA,indicating that this concentration provides the most favorable conditions for the rooting and growth of Spatholobus suberectus cuttings.
