摘 要:以枫杨为对象,研究不同处理对其插穗成活率的影响,旨在筛选出最佳扦插组合,为枫杨的园林应用提供理论支持。结果表明:枫杨扦插以5月份扦插较佳,成活率达到65.3%。混合基质类型的生根发芽表现优于轻基质类型。不同外源激素种类和浓度对枫杨生根有显著影响,枫杨穗条经300 mg/L浓度的生根粉处理1 h后,其扦插成活率可达97.1%,成活率最高;此外,萘乙酸处理也有利于提高枫杨插穗扦插成活率。综上,使用300 mg/L的生根粉浸泡1 h,利用体积比为4∶1∶1的红壤∶泥炭土∶椰糠丝混合基质于5月份扦插有利于提高枫杨插穗扦插成活率。Taking Pterocarya stenoptera as the object,this paper studies the effect of different treatments on its spike survival,aims to screen out the best cuttings combination,provides theoretical support for maple poplar's garden application.The results show that P.stenoptera cuttings are better in May,with a survival rate of 65.3%.The rooting and germination performance of the mixed substrate type of red soil∶peat soil∶coir was better than that of the light substrate type of pure red soil and peat soil∶coir.Different exogenous hormone types and concentrations had significant effects on the rooting of P.stenoptera,and the cuttings of P.stenoptera spikes treated with rooting powder at a concentration of 300 mg/L for 1 h had the highest survival rate of 97.1%;in addition,naphthalene acetic acid treatment was also beneficial to improve the survival rate of cuttings of P.stenopterar spikes.In conclusion,the use of 300 mg/L rooting powder for 1 h,and the use of a 4:1:1 volume ratio of red soil:peat soil:shredded coco coir mixed substrate in May cuttings is conducive to improve the survival rate of P.stenoptera cuttings.
