摘 要:多花黄精是一种珍贵的中药材,旨在通过实验探索不同林冠覆盖度和施肥方式对多花黄精生长的影响,以优化其生长条件,提升药材产量和质量,为多花黄精的栽培提供参考。在浙江省丽水市莲都区选择了不同林分类型(包括阔叶林、毛竹林、杉木林和松木林)进行实地试验,通过对比分析各林下环境中多花黄精的生长状况,以及在杉木林下实施不同施肥措施(有机肥、复合肥、有机+复合肥)对多花黄精生长量的影响,采用系统性的实验设计和数据处理方法,以量化不同环境因素和施肥策略对多花黄精生长指标的具体效应。研究结果显示:在阔叶林环境下,多花黄精展现了最优的生长性能,其平均株高达到583 mm,地下块茎重量为36.2 g,平均叶片数量为12.8片;而在施肥试验中,有机肥与复合肥的联合使用显著提升了多花黄精的生长量,平均株高可达622 mm,平均地径增宽至2.14 mm,地下块茎重量升至35.2 g,叶片数量达到12.8片。指出了在阔叶林环境下配合有机肥与复合肥混用的栽培策略,能有效增强多花黄精的生长性能和药材产量,为优化其栽培技术提供参考。Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua is a valuable medicinal herb.This study explores the effects of different forest canopy types and fertilization methods on the growth of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua to optimize its growth conditions,enhance medicinal yield and quality,and provide scientific guidance for its cultivation.Field experiments were conducted in different forest types(including broad-leaved forests,bamboo forests,Cunninghamia lanceolata forests,and pine forests)in Liandu District,Lishui City,Zhejiang Province.The study compared the growth conditions of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua under different forest environments and investigated the effects of different fertilization methods(organic fertilizer,compound fertilizer,organic+compound fertilizer)in Cunninghamia lanceolata forests.Systematic experimental design and data processing methods were employed to quantify the specific effects of different environmental factors and fertilization strategies on the growth indicators of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.Results showed that in broad-leaved forest environments,Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua exhibited optimal growth performance,with an average plant height of 583 mm,underground tuber weight of 36.2 g,and average leaf count of 12.8.In the fertilization experiment,the combined use of organic and compound fertilizers significantly enhanced the growth of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua,with an average plant height reaching 622 mm,average ground diameter increasing to 2.14 mm,underground tuber weight rising to 35.2 g,and leaf count reaching 12.8.This study revealed that the cultivation strategy combining organic and compound fertilizers in broad-leaved forest environments effectively enhances the growth performance and medicinal yield of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.This finding not only enriches our understanding of the growth requirements of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua in the Lishui region but also provides scientific support for optimizing its cultivation techniques.
