新工科视角下微纳加工技术课程创新实践研究

摘  要:微纳加工技术是芯片制造的基石,该课程坚持“以学生为中心,以创新为驱动,以思政为导向”,厚植爱国情怀和创新精神,致力于培养学术大师、工程巨匠、业界领袖和治国栋梁四类杰出人才。课程团队按照国际一流课程建设标准,实现课前管理、教学管理和课后管理的三段式教学创新。采用“启发式+互动式+翻转式+双语式+多元化”的“四式一化”教学方式,提高学生学习的主观能动性与学习兴趣,同时鼓励探索前沿科技,开阔国际视野。教学过程中彰显核心理论(静)、学科前沿(动)、思政元素(品)、实践资源(行)四者之间“动静结合”与“品行融合”的教学创新理念,有效培养学生发现问题、分析问题以及学以致用的能力,具有很大推广价值。Micro-and Nanofabrication is the fundamental technologies of chip manufacturing.The course adheres to the principle of"student-centred,innovation-driven and ideology-oriented",cultivates patriotic feelings and innovative spirit,and is committed to cultivating four kinds of outstanding talents:academic gurus,engineering giants,industry leaders and pillars of the country.The course team realizes the three-level teaching innovation of pre-course management,teaching management and post-course management in accordance with the international first-class course construction standards.Adopting the"four kinds and one type"teaching method of"inspirational+interactive+flipped+bilingual+diversified",the program enhances students'initiative and interest in learning,while encouraging them to explore advanced science and technology to broaden their international outlook.The teaching process emphasizes on the innovative teaching concept of"combining movement and static"and"merging character and behavior"among the core theory(static),the frontier of discipline(dynamic),the elements of ideology and politics(character),and practical resources(behavior).All above effectively cultivates students'ability to discover and analyze problems and apply what they have learned,and has the advantage of"four styles and one chemistry".It effectively cultivates students'ability to discover and analyze problems and to apply what they have learned,which is of great value for promotion.
