摘 要:健康中国的战略需求和预防为主的卫生方针,对我国的公共卫生体系改革发展提出了迫切需求,而相关的公共卫生教育与人才培养是最基础性和根本性的工作。现有的教学方式培养的学生在理论知识方面比较扎实,但不利于发挥学生的主观能动性,特别是在综合分析、解决实际问题等方面较为薄弱。探索先进的“实验+实践+实训”模式,建设微课教学平台,采用线上和线下相结合的教学方式,加强公共卫生实践科普教育,调动学生自主学习的热情,有效提升专业知识和技能,激发创新创造潜力,提升学生的职业认同感和岗位胜任力,最终培养一批具有“大卫生”观念和实践能力的复合型专门人才。The strategic needs of a healthy China and the prevention oriented health policy have put forward urgent needs for the reform and development of China's public health system,and related public health education and talent cultivation are the most elementary and fundamental work.The existing teaching methods cultivate students with solid theoretical knowledge,but are not conducive to unleashing their subjective initiative,especially in terms of comprehensive analysis and solving practical problems.We explore an advanced model of"experiment+practice+practical training",and then build a micro course teaching platform.We further strengthen the scientific popularization education of public health practice through a combination of online and offline teaching methods.We can mobilize students'enthusiasm for self-directed learning,effectively enhance professional knowledge and skills,stimulate innovation and creativity potential,and enhance students'sense of professional identity and job competence.Ultimately,we need to cultivate a group of composite specialized talents with the concept and practical ability of"big health".
