摘  要:开展涉化实验室安全管理的系统性评估与分析是高校实验室有序运行的前提与保障。该文首先基于WSR理论框架,从物理属性、事务逻辑及人性因素三个维度出发,构建实验室安全风险识别体系,奠定风险评估的基础;然后运用TSS理论构建二维及三维风险情景模型,模拟实验室事故可能发生的多维度风险因素;最后通过实证分析与问卷调查,量化了风险因素的发生概率,绘制了二维及三维风险情景概率热图,识别出涉化实验室主要风险源。为验证这一风险评估模型的有效性与实用性,该文以反应釜爆炸事故为例进行分析,结果表明WSR-TSS综合分析为高校涉化实验室的安全管理工作提供了科学的指导与借鉴。[Objective]Safety concerns have become a significant challenge for university laboratories.Considering the multilevel occurrence of risk factors in laboratory accidents,it is imperative to systematically enhance and optimize laboratory safety protocols,particularly in chemical-related laboratories.To effectively assess safety risks in laboratories,experts have explored various methodologies,including hazard and operability study(HAZOP),failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA),fault tree analysis(FTA),event tree analysis(ETA),likelihood exposure and consequence(LEC),analytic hierarchy process(AHP),wuli-shili-renli(WSR),and the 4M theory.Recent efforts have focused on combining these methods to enable both quantitative and qualitative evaluations of laboratory safety management.This paper proposes the integration of the WSR system approach and the theory of scenario structuring(TSS).The resulting WSR-TSS process is designed to provide a more comprehensive and effective framework for assessing and improving the safety of chemical-related laboratories.[Methods]The WSR process was employed to establish a laboratory risk identification system,classifying safety risk factors into three dimensions:matter-principle(wuli),affair-law(shili),and human-art(renli).Meanwhile,TSS was utilized to develop two-and three-dimensional(2D and 3D)risk scenario models that simulate potential laboratory accidents.Additionally,Bayesian statistical methods based on data collected through a questionnaire survey were applied to compute the probabilities of identified uncertain risk factors,enabling a more precise risk assessment.This multi-dimensional approach proposed feasible preventive measures and enhancement recommendations to bolster laboratory safety management.Finally,the effectiveness and practicality of the WSR-TSS theoretical model were validated using a real-world case study of an explosion incident at a research institute.[Results]A risk identification framework for chemical-related laboratory accidents has been developed,encompas
