摘  要:为促进新阶段水利高质量发展,提升水资源可持续利用水平,做好引江济淮科学有效调水工作,选取东淝闸下游典型部位开展视频影像测流技术试点,采用高清摄像头和计算机等专业设备,应用时空图像测速法(STIV)等高新技术,实时捕捉水闸的水面流速、水位等信息,并使用新一代人工智能技术,测算出东淝闸实时过闸流量。该项目的实施,能够实时监测水闸的运行状况,提供丰富的水流信息,为水闸的调度、防洪预警、水质监测和生态监测等提供有力支持。To promote the high-quality development of water conservancy in the new stage and enhance the sustainable use of water resources,it is essential to carry out scientific and effective water diversion for the Yangtze River to Huai River project.A pilot project of video flow measurement technology was conducted at a typical location downstream of Donghui Gate.Using high-definition cameras and professional equipment such as computers,and applying advanced technologies like Space-Time Image Velocimetry(STIV),the system captures real-time water surface velocity and water level information of the sluice gate.With the aid of new-generation artificial intelligence technology,the real-time flow through Donghui Gate is calculated.The implementation of this project enables real-time monitoring of the sluice gate’s operation,providing rich water flow information,and offering strong support for sluice gate scheduling,flood warning,water quality monitoring,and ecological monitoring.
