摘  要:随着电子设备和互联网服务需求的日益增长,集成电路和芯片设计技术不断进步。然而,系统复杂性和多样性的增加导致了芯片功耗问题,这不仅影响了制造成本,还可能引发可靠性问题。基于此,本文首先介绍了低功耗芯片的背景和需求,以及其应用领域;其次详细阐述了低功耗芯片的发展现状和SoC概念,并梳理了芯片的发展历史;再次对低功耗设计的仿真实验及其相关评估指标进行了分析讨论;最后对低功耗芯片的未来发展进行了展望。With the increasing demand for electronic devices and internet services,integrated circuit and chip design technologies are continuously advancing.However,the increasing complexity and diversity of systems have led to chip power consumption issues,which not only affect manufacturing costs but can also lead to reliability problems.This paper first introduces the background and demand for low-power chips,as well as their application areas.It then details the current development status of low-power chips and the SoC concept,and reviews the history of chip development.The paper also analyzes and discusses the simulation experiments of low-power design and related evaluation indicators.Finally,it looks forward to the future development of low-power chips.
