摘 要:通信改造是历保建筑改造的重要组成部分,隐蔽化是通信改造的基本要求。文章利用案例分析法,论述了历保建筑住宅通信隐蔽化改造中架空线入地的难点,并对改造技术的改进开展了进一步探究。分析得出:历保建筑住宅通信隐蔽化改造的重点是架空线入地,架空线入地存在管道敷设困难、光交安装困难、楼道箱安装困难、楼内线槽安装困难等难题,应根据通信隐蔽化改造结构,优化光缆组网方案和管道建设方式,确保历保建筑住宅通信改造目标顺利达成。Communication transformation is an essential part of the renovation of historic buildings,and concealment is a fundamental requirement of such transformations.This paper uses case analysis to discuss the difficulties of aerial cable burial in the communication concealment transformation of residential buildings in historic areas,and further explores the improvement of transformation technologies.The analysis concludes that the key to the communication concealment transformation in residential buildings of historic areas is the burial of aerial cables.There are several challenges in this process,including difficulties in pipeline laying,optical installation,building passage box installation,and indoor cable trough installation.It is necessary to optimize the optical cable networking plan and pipeline construction methods based on the structure of communication concealment transformation to ensure the smooth achievement of the transformation goals in historic building residentialcommunication.
