危险废物全流程信息化在企业中的运用

摘　　要：随着国家生态文明建设进步加快,危险废物管理的相关法律、法规、标准日益规范化,对企业环保发展提出新要求。本文聚焦于危险废物的全流程信息化管理,以易门铜业有限公司底吹炉烟尘、转炉烟尘从产生、计量、输送、储存等按危险废物类别进行全流程信息化管理管理为例,阐述了详细的危险废物信息化系统建设过程,并针对系统应用过程中出现的问题进行提出改进意见。文中提到的“冶炼烟尘全流程信息化系统”,为危险废物管理提供示范,对企业在危险废物管理方面具有推广、借鉴作用。With the acceleration of national ecological civilization construction,the laws,regulations,and standards related to hazardous waste management are becoming increasingly standardized,posing new requirements for corporate environmental development.This paper focuses on the full-process informatization management of hazardous waste,taking the bottom-blowing furnace dust and converter dust of Yimen Copper Industry Co.,Ltd.as examples.The paper details the construction process of the hazardous waste informatization system,which manages the dust from generation,measurement,transportation,and storage according to the categories of hazardous waste.It also proposes improvement suggestions for problems encountered during the system application.The“smelting dust full-process informatization system”mentioned in the paper serves as a demonstration for hazardous waste management and has promotional and referential value for enterprises in managing hazardous waste.
