摘  要:2024年12月,油轮市场继续下探。原油轮市场方面,上旬,利比亚产量恢复的乐观情绪被OPEC+会议推迟增产的消息打压,运价整体下行。中旬,叙利亚政局突变,中东局势升级加大石油供应端的不确定性,运价继续承压。下旬,三大机构最新预测看淡能源需求前景,挪威和哈萨克斯坦两大石油出口国先后因意外事件减产,运价涨势中断,掉头下行。成品油轮市场方面,欧洲汽柴裂解利润疲软,国内成品油出口配额趋紧,成品油出口节奏放缓,运价有所松动。从出口端看,2024年11月,欧佩克原油产量2666万桶/日,环比上升0.4%,同比上升0.2%。从进口端看,2024年11月,中国原油进口量4852万吨,环比上升8.5%,同比上升14.3%。1至11月,中国原油进口量5.1亿吨,同比下降2%。In December 2024,the tanker market continued to drop.As for the crude sector,as the delay of OPEC+5 s original production expansion plan in early December struck down the optimism generated from the production resumption of Libya,rates dropped in general.In mid-December,the sudden change in Syrian political situation and the accelerated conflicts in the Middle East increased the uncertainties of oil supply,further pressing the rates down.In the end of December,the three major institutions remained pessimistic about the prospects of energy demand.As Norway and Kazakhstan,the two major oil exporters,successively cut production due to unexpected events,rates stopped rising and began to drop.As for the product sector,gasoline and diesel crack spreads in Europe were weak.As the quota for domestic product oil exports was tightening,exports slowed down and freight rates loosened.From the export perspective,crude production of the OPEC was 26.66 mb/d in November,up 0.4%MoM and 0.2%YoY.From the import perspective,China imported 48.52m tonnes in November,up 8.5%MoM and 14.3%YoY.In the first 11 months of 2024,China's crude imports totaled 510m tonnes,down 2.0% YoY.
