双组分流体在混合过程中的水击现象研究

摘  要:随着半导体行业微电子封装和自动化涂覆等技术领域发展,点胶混料设备压力管道存在水击现象,无法表征且测定困难,对流体混合精度造成较大挑战。以常见LSR双组分混料设备为载体,研究改型丙烯酸酯胶粘剂和通用锂基润滑脂两种材料随管压、管长、管径改变而导致混合比例变化情况,分析水击现象对流体混合精度影响关系。研究结果表明,流体粘度和供料压力越大,管道长度越长,管道内径越小,则水击现象就越明显,混料比例也越不可控,并在此基础上,对流体混合过程水击现象提出建议和防范措施。With the development of technology fields such as microelectronics packaging and automatic coating in the semiconductor industry,the water hammer phenomenon in the pressure pipe of dispensing mixing equipment can not be characterized and difficult to determine,which poses a great challenge to the accuracy of fluid mixing.Using common LSR two-component mixing equipment as the carrier,the mixing ratio of modified acrylate adhesive and general lithium grease was studied with the change of pipe pressure,pipe length and pipe diameter,and the influence of water hammer on fluid mixing accuracy was analyzed.The results show that the larger the fluid viscosity and feeding pressure,the longer the pipe length and the smaller the pipe inner diameter,the more obvious the water hammer phenomenon is,and the more uncontrollable the mixing ratio is.On this basis,suggestions and preventive measures are put forward for the water hammer phenomenon during the fluid mixing process.
