摘  要:为提升除氟剂效率降低除氟剂成本,比较了聚合氯化铝(PAC)与聚合硫酸铝(PAS)及其与不同药剂进行多比例复合后的除氟效率;探究了除氟工艺中分别采用氢氧化钠和氢氧化钙溶液调节pH的区别,并进行了成本分析。结果表明:PAC的除氟效率为PAS的1~2倍;在PAC和PAS中复合加入硫酸亚铁、氯化镁、氯化钙并未提升除氟效果;使用氢氧化钙代替氢氧化钠调节pH,可提高除氟效率,其中氢氧化钙与氟离子形成不溶性和水性沉积物加速絮体下沉,提高了固液分离效率;用PAS代替PAC,并改用氢氧化钙溶液调节pH,节约了12.56元/吨的药剂处理成本。In order to improve the efficiency of defluorination agent and reduce the cost of defluorination agent,the defluorination efficiency of polyaluminum chloride(PAC)and polyaluminum sulfate(PAS)and their multi-proportion combination with different agents were compared.The difference of pH adjustment by sodium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide solution in defluorination process was investigated,and the cost analysis was carried out.The results show that the defluorination efficiency of PAC is 1~2 times that of PAS.The addition of ferrous sulfate,magnesium chloride and calcium chloride to PAC and PAS did not improve the defluorination effect.Using calcium hydroxide instead of sodium hydroxide to adjust pH can improve the efficiency of fluoride removal.Calcium hydroxide and fluoride ions form insoluble and water-based sediments accelerate the sinking of floc,which improves the solid-liquid separation efficiency.PAS was used instead of PAC,and calcium hydroxide solution was used to adjust pH,saving 12.56 yuan/ton treatment cost.
