摘 要:传统的垮落法采空区处理方式造成岩层大范围移动破坏、地表沉陷变形等生态环境问题不断发生。地下煤炭采出后顶板发生破碎、垮冒现象,在覆岩压力作用下各岩层移动不断活化、破断,进而向地表方向发展形成地面沉陷和破坏,由此引发了水土流失、地下水断流、地表建筑物破坏、居民搬迁等一系列问题。结合煤矿矸石胶结充填开采技术的特点,在研究胶结充填材料力学特性的基础上,深入研究矸石胶结充填采煤采场顶板岩层受力、移动、变形规律以及采空区充填率对采空区上覆岩层活动的影响等方面。研究成果矸石胶结充填技术既能够充分利用固废,减少煤矸石及粉煤灰给环境带来的污染问题,而且保护地面建筑物稳定不破坏,对于解决“三下”压煤问题具有极高的应用价值,为充填开采采场矿压规律、上覆岩层移动控制、矸石胶结充填材料选择设计、地表沉陷预计等方面提供理论依据和技术支持,进一步丰富和完善充填开采基础理论,有利于促进充填开采技术的推广应用。The traditional collapse method for dealing with goaf has caused continuous ecological and environmental problems such as large-scale movement and damage of rock layers,surface subsidence and deformation.After underground coal mining,the roof fractures and collapses,and under the pressure of overlying rock,various rock layers move and continuously activate and break,leading to surface subsidence and damage.This causes a series of problems such as soil erosion,groundwater interruption,surface building damage,and resident relocation.Based on the characteristics of coal mine gangue cemented filling mining technology and the study of the mechanical properties of cemented filling materials,this paper conducts in-depth research on the stress,movement,and deformation laws of the roof rock strata in the gangue cemented filling coal mining site,as well as the influence of the filling rate of the goaf on the activity of the overlying rock strata in the goaf.The research results of gangue cemented filling technology can fully utilize solid waste,reduce the pollution caused by coal gangue and fly ash to the environment,and protect the stability of ground buildings from damage.It has high application value for solving the"three underground"coal pressure problem,providing theoretical basis and technical support for the mining pressure law,overlying rock movement control,gangue cemented filling material selection and design,surface subsidence prediction and other aspects of backfill mining,further enriching and improving the basic theory of backfill mining,and promoting the promotion and application of backfill mining technology.
