摘  要:文章旨在研究桑枝粉对肉仔鸡生长性能及骨骼肌发育的影响。试验将720只1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡(均重45.8±1.29 g)随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复30只,分1~3周和4~6周进行两阶段饲养,试验日粮在各阶段基础日粮中分别添加0%、1.5%、3.0%和6.0%的桑枝粉。试验结果:与对照组相比,Ⅱ和Ⅲ组肉鸡末重显著提高2.43%和2.20%(P<0.05),平均日增重显著提高了2.49和2.24%(P<0.05),料肉比显著下降了3.24%和2.85%(P<0.05),Ⅰ~Ⅲ组肉鸡死淘率分别比对照组显著下降46.65%、39.23%和34.41%(P<0.05);此外,各桑枝粉对肉鸡采食量无显著影响(P>0.05)。第三周,Ⅲ组肉鸡的胸肌及腿肌率均显著提高(P<0.05),第六周,Ⅱ和Ⅲ组肉鸡腿肌率显著提高(P<0.05)。第3周,Ⅱ和Ⅲ肉鸡腿肌IGF-1R和mTOR基因表达均显著上调(P<0.05),Ⅲ组Pax7基因表达显著上调(P<0.05);第6周,Ⅱ和Ⅲ肉鸡腿肌IGF-1R基因表达显著上调(P<0.05),Ⅲ组mTOR基因表达显著上调(P<0.05),此外,桑枝粉对肉鸡各阶段腿肌重MSTN、MuRF1及MyoD基因表达水平均无显著影响(P>0.05)。试验结论:桑枝粉(6%)能提高肉鸡生长性能,并促进腿肌发育。The effect of mulberry branch powder on the growth performance and skeletal muscle development of broiler chickens.7201-day-old Aba Yijia(AA)broiler chickens(average weight 45.8±1.29g)were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 30 chickens per replicate.They were fed in two stages of 1-3 weeks and 4-6 weeks,with 0%,1.5%,3.0%,and 6.0%mulberry branch powder added to the basic feed at each stage as the experimental feed.Compared with the control group,the final weight of broiler chickens in groupsⅡandⅢsignificantly increased by 2.43%and 2.20%(P<0.05),the average daily weight gain increased by 2.49%and 2.24%(P<0.05),and the feed to meat ratio significantly decreased by 3.24%and 2.85%(P<0.05).The mortality rates of broiler chickens in groupsⅠ-Ⅲdecreased by 46.65%,39.23%,and 34.41%,respectively,compared with the control group(P<0.05);In addition,each mulberry branch powder had no significant effect on the feed intake of broiler chickens(P>0.05).In the third week,the chest and leg muscle rates of GroupⅢbroiler chickens significantly increased(P<0.05),and in the sixth week,the muscle rates of meat chicken legs in GroupsⅡandⅢsignificantly increased(P<0.05).In the third week,the expression of IGF-1R and mTOR genes inⅡandⅢchicken leg muscles was significantly upregulated(P<0.05),and the expression of Pax7 gene in groupⅢwas significantly upregulated(P<0.05);In the 6th week,the expression of IGF-1R gene inⅡandⅢchicken leg muscles was significantly upregulated(P<0.05),and the expression of m-TOR gene in groupⅢwas significantly upregulated(P<0.05).In addition,mulberry branch powder had no significant effect on the expression levels of MSTN,MuRF1,and MyoD genes in the leg muscles of broiler chickens at all stages(P>0.05).(Experimental conclusion)Mulberry branch powder(6%)can improve the growth performance of broiler chickens and promote leg muscle development.
