摘  要:平面螺旋线圈因其结构简单,在无线充电系统中应用极为广泛。品质因数作为衡量线圈充电性能的重要参数,对于提升无线充电系统的整体效能具有关键作用。因此,本文将品质因数作为优化目标,深入研究了在谐振频率下,基于磁场分布特性和高频涡流损耗原理的绕组损耗和铁芯损耗的交联特性。最终,提出一个平面螺旋线圈优化设计方案,该方案通过改变绕组宽度和匝间距宽度的两个维度调整,旨在有效提升品质因数,为无线充电系统的性能优化提供了新的思路和方法。Planar spiral coils are widely used in wireless charging systems due to their simple structure.The quality factor,as an important parameter to measure the charging performance of coils,plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall efficiency of wireless charging systems.Therefore,this paper takes the quality factor as the optimization objective and conducts an in-depth study on the cross-linking characteristics of winding losses and core losses based on magnetic field distribution characteristics and high-frequency eddy current loss principles at the resonant frequency.Ultimately,an optimized design scheme for planar spiral coils is proposed.This scheme aims to effectively improve the quality factor by adjusting two dimensions:winding width and turn spacing width,providing new ideas and methods for performance optimization of wireless charging systems.
