摘  要:高速铁路路基是高速列车安全平顺运行的重要基础,路基压实质量控制方法是极其重要。基于经验模态分解(EMD)及快速傅里叶变换(FFT),提出一种基于路基表面振动波波速的路基压实质量检测方法,采用数值模拟和足尺模型试验对其可行性和有效性进行研究。研究结果表明:路基表面振动波波速测算方法具有较强的可行性,且测点间距对振动波波速的测算结果产生的误差小于0.3%;根据单一震荡模式信号与原始信号在时域及频域范围内曲线形态、频率带宽与曲线幅值的一致性,定义一种路基碾压过程中的特征震荡信号;提出基于特征震荡信号的路基压实质量控制方法,验证路基表面振动波波速与填料压实度的极强相关关系,且相关性系数大于0.8。研究成果可为高速铁路路基压实质量检测提供新方法,为高速铁路路基智能填筑及路基压实质量连续检测技术提供支撑。As the subgrade of high⁃speed railway is an important foundation for the safe and smooth operation of high⁃speed trains,the quality control method for subgrade compaction is extremely important.Based on empirical mode de⁃composition(EMD)and fast Fourier transform(FFT),this paper proposed a subgrade compaction quality detection method based on subgrade surface vibration wave velocity,and used numerical simulation and full⁃scale model test to study its feasibility and effectiveness.The results show that the measurement method of subgrade surface vibration wave velocity is highly feasible,with the error of measuring point spacing to the measurement result of vibration wave velocity being less than 0.3%.According to the consistency of curve shape,frequency bandwidth and curve amplitude between single vibration mode signal and original signal in time domain and frequency domain,a characteristic vibration signal during subgrade rolling was defined.A subgrade compaction quality control method based on characteristic vibration sig⁃nal was proposed,which verified the strong correlation between subgrade surface vibration wave velocity and filler density,with the correlation coefficient being greater than 0.8.The research results can provide a new method for the compaction quality inspection of high⁃speed railway subgrade,and support the intelligent filling of high⁃speed railway subgrade and continuous inspection technology for subgrade compaction quality.
